aduvee is a random video chat platform that connects users with each other randomly via WebRTC.

• You agree not to use aduvee for any unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit (in violation of our rules), or otherwise objectionable purpose.
• You may not display, stream or transmit any content that violates applicable law or the rights of third parties, including copyright or privacy rights.
• You may not record, capture or redistribute video or audio of other users without their explicit consent.
• Automated access, bots, scraping or any attempt to overload or disrupt the service is strictly prohibited.

4. Moderation And Automated Checks

aduvee uses automated, AI-based checks (including face and virtual-camera detection) to help keep the platform safe. These checks run on-device where possible. We reserve the right to block, restrict, or terminate any connection or account that fails these checks or otherwise violates these Terms.

5. Accounts

Where applicable, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

aduvee displays advertising and partner content provided by third parties (e.g. ad networks and partner sites). We do not control and are not responsible for the content of third-party providers or external websites linked from aduvee.
